Refund and Return Policy

You have 15 days after the delivery date to change your mind (excluding gift cards which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).
In accordance with the Hamon law, cosmetic and hygiene products that have been unsealed/opened by the consumer after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Once your request is validated, you will receive a return agreement.
You can then return the product(s) to us via the shipping service of your choice: Colissimo tracked service, Chronopost, etc. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and should be sent to the following address:

Upon receiving your product, our customer service team will confirm its receipt by email. One of our representatives will then verify the product's condition. If it is in its original packaging, unused, etc., a refund will be issued.
REFUND
Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving your item(s) to the original payment method. For security reasons, we are not authorized to issue refunds to a different account or credit card than the one used for the initial purchase.
RETURN TO PICKUP POINT
Any shipment not collected from the collection point, within the carrier's time limit, can be refunded upon its return to stock in our warehouses, but the shipping and return costs will be automatically deducted.

Any package sent outside of this procedure cannot be processed.
