Subscriptions
13.1 Subscription. For any subscription, the Customer must click on “purchase with subscription” from the Website and validate their subscription when ordering. The Customer will be delivered and the amounts owed by the Customer will be debited in accordance with the formula chosen by the Customer on the Website.
13.2 Unsubscribe. The subscription is without obligation, however a withdrawal period of 3 days before the birthday date (excluding weekends and public holidays) must be respected. For any termination, the Customer can connect directly to his account and modify or cancel it. He can also make his request by email to info@wearehair.co or by telephone on 01 89 54 65 33 during Customer Service opening hours.
The cessation takes effect 30 days following receipt of the unsubscribe request. Consequently, any order in progress during the notice period will be executed by the Company. The Customer will not be able to obtain a refund for the order executed after the request for termination, including if the customer decides unilaterally to return the products received.
It is recalled that in accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the subscription involving the regular delivery of goods, the withdrawal period of fourteen days mentioned in article 10.2 of these General Terms and Conditions, runs only to from receipt of the first item.
